The Cranberry and Pink Peppercorn combination give this soft flavoured Salami a lingering exquisite sour and peppery aftertaste. It’s ideally served on a platter with a mild flavoured cheese, dried fruit, nuts and accompanied by a light bodied beer or ‘Hunter Valley’ style wine.
