Refund and Exchange Policy

Non-Perishable Goods

At Guinea Farms Grocer we work to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are unhappy with your purchase on non-perishable items, we'll be happy to return or exchange the item within 7 days of purchase. Change of mind, discounts and promotions are not included in returns policy. 

To make a return contact the store with in 7 days of delivery, state the issue with the item and provide your receipt. Items must not be opened, be still in there original packaging and not show any signs of damage or use.  Refunds will be returned to your card with in 7 days business days after approval. Exchanges on online items will incur a delivery fee if not picked up by the customer at the store. 

Perishable Goods

At Guinea Farms Grocer we work very hard to ensure that all perishable foods are sold at a high and fresh quality. However, from time to time an item may not be quite right on the inside (even when the outside looks great). Because fresh fruits and vegetables are a natural product and do perish, we are happy to help safeguard your purchase.

If you come across produce that is not up to standard, please contact the shop with in 24 hours of delivery. You must provide a receipt (or other proof of purchase) AND a photo of the produce. Any queries outside of the allocated time will not be considered due to outside factors being able to affect produce.

We do not provide refunds or exchanges due to change of mind or differences in taste or texture. Specials or discounted items are not included in the refund/exchange policy.
